The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms, kept clean every day, and stands out for its TAJ hospitality and friendly staff, especially Manager Pooja, who always ensures a comfortable stay. The service is very attentive and special thanks go to Treeja, Mr Hari, Ravi, Harish, Chef Shfeek, and Chef Mandal for providing exceptional service including a birthday cake for my daughter. The location, while a bit off the city, is perfectly set next to the Tapi river, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The dining experience offers excellent choices, and the facilities are equipped for international bookings.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-lit, with convenient 3-pin plug sockets. The service was exceptional, especially from Pooja, Shraddha, and Pramila. The location is a major plus point, offering easy access to the boardwalk and facing the river. The dining experience was amazing, with special services by Pradip and Treeja. However, there were some discomforts due to the crowded outside area.

The hotel has a very central location on the banks of river Vapi, making it easy to find and with entertaining options during dinner. However, dining options could use improvement, and the rooms, while facing the river, lacked enough toiletries. The staff, like Harish, Pradip, Apu, and others, were incredibly cooperative and polite.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with its really good rooms featuring a fabulous river view and cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to be helpful and accommodating, making my visit truly memorable. The location near the Tapi River was perfect for exploring shopping and dining options, adding to the overall experience. However, the lavish dining experience was a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
